Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Feeder Flag Football Tryouts

Refund Policy Cambridge Feeder Flag Football commits significant financial resources prior to the start of each season, including league registration fees, equipment purchases, uniforms, insurance, and administrative costs. As a result, the following refund policy applies to all registrations: Refund Schedule • Cancellation on or before June 1: Participants are eligible to receive a 50% refund of the registration fee, minus any applicable bank or payment processing fees. • Cancellation on or after June 2: No refunds will be issued. Additional Notes • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the program. • Bank and credit card processing fees are non-refundable. • No refunds will be provided for dismissal due to disciplinary action. • Exceptions due to season-ending injury may be considered at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors and must include appropriate medical documentation.
