All athletes must have a current sports physical on file in order to participate in Cambridge Feeder Flag Football.

To remain eligible for the season, each athlete’s physical must be signed by a doctor after October 1, 2025, and valid through September 30, 2026. If your athlete’s physical expires prior to that date, you must submit an updated physical form before participation can continue. Players without a valid physical on file will be ineligible to practice or participate in games until proper documentation is received.

Sports physicals help ensure that every athlete is medically cleared and able to safely participate in football activities.
