About Us
Cambridge Feeder Flag Football is a non-profit based in Milton, Georgia. Our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive, and developmentally sound flag football experience that empowers student-athletes to build confidence, character, and football skills. Through intentional coaching, strong community partnerships, and alignment with GMSAA and USA Football standards, we prepare middle school athletes for long-term success while fostering a lifelong love of the game.
Our vision is to be a trusted developmental pathway where every athlete—especially girls—has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive in football. We envision a program that seamlessly connects middle school and high school football through shared values, consistent skill development, and a commitment to safety, leadership, and excellence on and off the field.
We are guided by the following core values: Safety, Development, Consistency, Inclusion, Integrity, and Community.
Safety First
We prioritize the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of every athlete. We commit to USA Football safety standards, proper training, emergency preparedness, and age-appropriate instruction in all aspects of our program.
Development Over Winning
We believe long-term athlete development is more important than short-term results. Our focus is on skill progression, confidence-building, and preparing athletes for future success at the high school level and beyond.
Consistency & Continuity
We value alignment across our feeder and high school programs. Through shared skills, terminology, practice structure, and football philosophy, we create a seamless developmental pathway for our athletes.
Inclusion & Empowerment
We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where girls feel supported, confident, and empowered to participate and lead. No prior football experience is required—every athlete belongs.
Integrity & Sportsmanship
We teach respect for teammates, opponents, officials, and the game. Accountability, effort, and character are emphasized on and off the field.
Community & Collaboration
We believe strong programs are built through partnerships. By working closely with families, schools, and the high school program, we strengthen our community and provide meaningful opportunities for our athletes.
